Many of these transactions had international components, with a special emphasis on clients located in China.

James’ industry experience includes work in the following sectors: internet and technology, manufacturing, restaurants/bars and other retail establishments, private equity and investment banking, real estate finance, energy and green technology, the fashion industry and various creative industries including music, art, computer graphics and publishing.
