Mario has represented public and private companies, as well as individuals, in many different types of corporate transactions, including entity formations, real estate transactions, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, employment matters, and private equity investments. Many of these transactions had international components, involving countries as diverse as China, Chile, Turkey, India and British Virgin Islands. 

Mario's recent industry experience includes work in the following sectors:
wine, forestry, foods and beverages, restaurants and other retail establishments, packaging, commercial real estate, mortgage brokerage, software technology and licensing, and biopharmaceuticals.

In addition to his corporate work, Mario assists individuals with their estate planning needs. His emphasis is designing and implementing an estate plan that is consistent with each client's overall financial plan. Mario also has substantial experience dealing with the estate planning issues of non-traditional families, including California registered domestic partners.

Mario is an active member of the Golden Gate Business Association and a board member of the Q Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to assisting persons with HIV to meet their housing needs. He is also a registered instructor on Partnerships and LLCs with the Small Business Administration.
