Mr. Lieberman represents public and private companies located throughout the United States in a wide variety of domestic and international legal matters, including commercial/corporate, technology, mergers/acquisitions and real estate transactions. Mr. Lieberman works often with fast-growing consumer products and high-technology companies, including those in the software and hardware and mobile technology sectors, information technology/database and semiconductor areas. Formed, restructured, reincorporated/converted and dissolved numerous corporations and limited liability companies in California, Delaware and other jurisdictions.

General corporate and commercial counsel to e-commerce marketing and consumer products conglomerate throughout US and set up of international operations.

Represented brand loyalty platform start-up in $2MM+ Series Seed financing, including conversion of debt.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Lieberman was Senior Corporate Counsel of Altera Corporation, a public semiconductor company (NASDAQ: ALTR) with annual revenues of almost $2B. At Altera, he provided a broad range of legal advice regarding transactional, compliance and pre-litigation matters to senior management and all functional areas of the company including sales, distribution, marketing, real estate/facilities and finance.
Prior to Altera, Mr. Lieberman practiced general real estate and business law at Lillick & Charles LLP in San Francisco, one of California's oldest law firms, with a particular focus on real estate development and leasing. Before that, Mr. Lieberman had a broad business transactional and litigation law practice at Bayer, Everett, August & Belote LLP, a boutique law firm (now known as Pinnacle Law Group). Mr. Lieberman’s emphasis was on real estate (including representing several international retail companies in leasing matters) transactions and litigation as well as entity formation/maintenance and general business litigation matters.
Mr. Lieberman has taught "Basic Intellectual Property Rights", “Software Licensing Basics” and “Commercial Leasing” classes at the Small Business Administration in San Francisco. Mr. Lieberman is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the State Bar of California. He is admitted to practice law in California.
