Ms. Farley represents public and private companies throughout the United States, primarily in commercial, technology and other transactions as well as corporate matters.  She began her legal career as an associate at a large, global law firm, where her practice focused primarily on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts, including antitrust and products liability in highly regulated industries.  She has also served as in-house counsel for a consumer products marketing consultant, providing general legal assistance to the business, drafting and negotiating a variety of complex commercial agreements, and advising on employment matters, transactions, and advertising and marketing compliance.  

Alicia is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and before the Supreme Court of the United States
