Mario has represented public and private companies, as well as individuals, in many different types of corporate transactions, including entity formations, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, real estate transactions, and a wide variety of business contracts. Many of these transactions had international components, involving countries as diverse as China, Chile, Turkey, France and India. 

Mario's recent industry experience includes work in the following sectors:
foods and beverages, restaurants and other retail establishments, software technology and licensing, biopharmaceuticals, commercial real estate and professional services.

In addition to his corporate work, Mario assists individuals with their estate planning needs. His emphasis is designing and implementing an estate plan that is consistent with each client's overall financial plan.
